Soups, juices, and other beverages should be a regular part of your daily meals. You should consume 2 to 4 ounces of fluid per 30 minutes. You can drink water, fruit juices or oral rehydration solutions, as well as sports drinks.
During the initial stages of COVID-19 recovery, it may be difficult to eat large amounts. Instead, eat smaller portions and more frequently.

Consume a high-calorie, high-protein diet.
